The Challenge
Releasing updates across multiple products had become slow and largely manual. Environments had drifted out of alignment over time, manual steps introduced the risk of error, and each deployment carried more risk than the team was comfortable with. That friction grew heavier as the product range expanded. The company wanted releases that were fast, consistent, and safe, along with infrastructure it could reproduce reliably rather than maintain by hand.
The Solution
NileForge automated the full delivery path from code change to production release, using AWS CodePipeline and AWS CodeBuild to build, test, and deploy each product the same way every time, with quality checks built into each stage so issues surface early. To remove configuration drift, the entire environment was defined as infrastructure as code using Terraform, making it reproducible on demand and straightforward to extend.
Containerized workloads were moved onto Amazon ECS running on AWS Fargate, a serverless compute engine that removes the need to provision or manage servers and scales with demand. Amazon CloudWatch provides centralized monitoring and alerting, giving the team clear visibility into system health and surfacing problems before they affect customers. The AI-driven features within the products were supported on AWS so they scale cleanly as usage grows.
